Shorts Master: Terms of Use & Licence Agreement
Version 2026-11-04 · Shorts Master is a product of AI Masters India ("we", "us").
By installing or using Shorts Master (the "Software") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. Licence
- Free trial. You may use the trial for personal or commercial evaluation. Videos you export carry a "Made with Shorts Master" watermark.
- Paid licence. A paid plan, switched on by signing in to the app with your account, removes the watermark. It is a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software on the number of computers stated for your plan (Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly and Pro Lifetime: 1 computer at a time).
- Pro Monthly is a 30-day licence. It does not renew automatically; buy another pass to continue. Lifetime licences do not expire. You may move a licence to another computer by removing it from the old one (Settings → Licence → Remove).
- The Software is licensed, not sold. We keep all rights we do not expressly grant.
2. What you may not do
- Share, publish or resell licence keys, or use one key on more computers than your plan allows.
- Remove or bypass the trial watermark or the licence check, or reverse-engineer the Software, except where the law allows it despite this restriction (this includes your rights under the LGPL for the FFmpeg and fribidi libraries, see Third-party notices).
- Use the Software to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.
3. Your account
Buying a licence requires an account, created by signing in with Google or Apple. Keep your Google or Apple account secure: anyone with access to it can use your plan. You can use the free version without signing in; paid plans need sign-in.
4. Your content
- You are responsible for the videos you process. Only use videos you own or have permission to edit and publish. Do not use the Software to download or repurpose content you have no rights to.
- Your videos are processed on your own computer. We do not receive, store or claim any rights in your videos, transcripts or exported Shorts.
5. AI-generated suggestions
Clip selection, titles, captions and framing are automatic suggestions and may be inaccurate. Review every Short before publishing; the Software requires your approval before it renders a final export.
6. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in the app and at https://shortsmaster.aimastersindia.com/pricing. Purchases are processed by Razorpay. Refunds follow the refund policy published at https://shortsmaster.aimastersindia.com/refunds. Paid licences include 12 months of updates; the version you have keeps working after that.
7. Updates
The Software checks https://shortsmaster.aimastersindia.com for new versions (see the Privacy Policy). Updates may add, change or remove features.
8. Third-party components
The Software includes open-source components under their own licences, listed in Help → Third-party notices. Those licences take precedence for those components.
9. No warranty
The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, that it will find any particular moment in your video, or that its output will meet a platform's rules.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Keep backups of your original videos.
11. Termination
These terms apply while you use the Software. If you materially breach them, your licence ends and you must stop using the paid features.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Consumer protections that apply in your country are not affected.
