Refund Policy

Version 2026-11-04 · AI Masters India

We want you to be happy with Shorts Master. Try the free trial first: it has every feature, so you can be sure it works on your computer and your videos before you buy.

14-day money-back guarantee

If a paid plan doesn't work for you, email support@aimastersindia.com within 14 days of purchase with your order ID. We refund the full amount to the original payment method through Razorpay. Refunds usually reach you in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

After 14 days

Plans are not refundable after 14 days, except where the law requires it.

What happens to your plan

When a refund is issued, the paid plan is removed from your account and the app goes back to the free trial. Shorts you already exported remain yours.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice or charged without your plan switching on, email us with the payment ID and we will fix it or refund it promptly.
