How do I unlock my paid plan?
Pay inside the app (Plans & Pricing) or on this website. Pro switches on straight away. Bought on the website? Click Sign in at the bottom left of the app with the same Google account.
Can I use it on a new computer?
Yes. Sign in on the new computer and your plan moves with you. Every Pro plan works on 1 computer at a time. You can see and sign out your computers on your account page.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Making Shorts never needs the internet. If you signed in, the app checks your plan whenever it is online; connect at least once every 30 days to keep Pro switched on. A computer that can never go online can ask support for an offline licence.
Are my videos uploaded?
No. All analysis and rendering happen on your computer. See the privacy policy.
macOS says the app can't be opened.
Right-click the app → Open, or System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.
Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”.
Click More info → Run anyway. Signed installers are coming.

In the app: Settings → About & support → Email support. It attaches version and error details (never your videos).
